Our customer support team does not offer phone support, however our sales or operational teams may reach out by phone in specific cases.
Legitimate Shakepay sales contact will always:
Start with an in app chat message from Shakepay before any call
The chat message will clearly state the name of the person calling and the phone number they will be calling from
A Shakepay team representative may send a Google Meet invite link through the verified support chat for scheduled calls
Shakepay will never:
Ask for your password, 2FA codes, or other account information (including name, date of birth and address)
Call you without first messaging through the Shakepay app
Request payments or transfers to “verify” your account or complete a deal
If you ever receive a call claiming to be from Shakepay and you’re unsure, check in app to see if there’s a message from Shakepay announcing the call, or contact our verified Support Team through the Shakepay app for confirmation:
