Will shakepay.co still work?
Yes, all shakepay.co links will work. We're showing a banner on shakepay.co for the next few weeks after which visiting shakepay.co will auto-redirect you to shakepay.com.

Can I still log into my account on shakepay.co?
Moving forward, shakepay.co/signin will redirect you to shakepay.com/signin. You can feel safe to login there.

Can I still use [email protected] for e-Transfers?
Yes, both [email protected] and [email protected] will always accept e-transfers.

We do, however, recommend you update to use the most up to date email: [email protected].

Can I still use [email protected] to contact support?
Yes, you will always be able to contact our support team on both [email protected] or [email protected].

Can I still message the support team in the mobile app?
Yes, support chat will work as usual.

Are my referral links still valid?
Yes, nothing changes for referral link. You'll notice these links use the shakepay.me domain and will continue to do so without any hiccups.

Do I need to update my mobile app to reflect the domain change?
No, you don't need to do anything on mobile. Buying, selling, cashins, and cashouts will all work with the latest and older versions of the Shakepay app.
