If you have successfully been ShakingSats in the past and are encountering issues, please try the following:
Log out of your Shakepay app completely, then log back in and try again.
Make sure your Shakepay app is up to date and on the latest version. This can be done by searching for Shakepay in the app store to see if an update is available for installation.
Toggle between WiFi and data (LTE, 4G, 5G) and attempt ShakingSats on both.
If you’ve tried all of the above and still find that ShakingSats is having issues, please reach out to Customer Support and we’ll be happy to help look into this!
Please note: to be eligible for ShakingSats you will have to have been referred by another Shakepay customer and have your account fully verified, or you can refer someone else who then becomes fully verified. Both paths unlock ShakingSats!
