To process your wire withdrawal, we will need you to provide us with a void cheque. For ease reference, you will find instructions to download a void cheque from your financial institution. Simply click your bank to be taken to the instructions. 

Once you have your void cheque ready, you can upload it <a href="https://shakepay.com/signin?redirectTo=%2Fdocuments%2Fwire-withdrawal" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>. You will simply need to be logged in and then be able to upload the void cheque securely.

Follow these steps to download a void cheque from BMO:

Click the account where you want to deposit the funds

1. Log into your BMO mobile app
2. Click the account where you want to deposit the funds
3. Click Account details
4. Click Download void cheque
    

Follow these steps to download a void cheque on the CIBC online banking services:

Click on the account you wish to deposit to

Click the Manage my account button on the right side

Click the “Void cheque/direct deposit info” link from the “Manage My Account” dropdown.

Review the Account Information form with your account information including transit number, institution number, and account number.

Print the form, add your signature and date.

1. Sign into CIBC Online Banking 
2. Click on the account you wish to deposit to
3. Click the Manage my account button on the right side
4. Click the “Void cheque/direct deposit info” link from the “Manage My Account” dropdown.
5. Review the Account Information form with your account information including transit number, institution number, and account number.
6. Print the form, add your signature and date.

Note: Void cheques are currently not available on the mobile app.

Follow these steps to download a void cheque on AccèsD by Desjardins:

Log in to AccèsD from the Desjardins mobile services app 

Select the everyday account you'd like a void cheque for. 

Click “Void cheque” under Account details.

3. Select Information
4. Click “Void cheque” under Account details.
    

Follow these steps to download a void cheque from Scotiabank:

From your Accounts page, select your chequing account.

1. Log in your online banking services
2. From your Accounts page, select your chequing account.
3. Select Direct Deposits &amp; Payments.
4. Go to Void Cheque 
5. Select View/Print.
    

Follow these steps to download a void cheque from Tangerine:

Select the three dots in the top right corner 

1. Log into your app
2. Select your Chequing Account.
3. Select the three dots in the top right corner 
4. Select 'Void Cheque'
    

Follow these steps to download a void cheque from TD:

Navigate to either the “Account Details” or “Order Cheques” pages. 

From there, you will see an option that says “Get Void Cheque/Direct Deposit Info”. 

Click the link and ensure the information is correct

1. Sign on to Online Banking 
2. Navigate to either the “Account Details” or “Order Cheques” pages. 
3. From there, you will see an option that says “Get Void Cheque/Direct Deposit Info”. 
4. Click the link and ensure the information is correct
5. Select Print.
