Click on the "Settings" icon on the bottom right corner (⚙️)

1. Sign in to your Shakepay account
2. Click on the "Settings" icon on the bottom right corner (⚙️)
3. Click on "Card Settings"
4. Tap on "Cancel Card"

Note: Cancelling your Shakepay Card does not deactivate your Shakepay account.

You will be able to opt back into the card program at any time and a new card will be issued to you!

If you require assistance or are unable to cancel your Shakepay Card, please reach out to our Customer Support Team and we will be happy to assist!
