How do I delete my Shakepay account?

Follow these steps to delete your Shakepay account:

  1. Withdraw any assets and make sure your account balances are all zero.

  2. Request your transaction summary from the account settings page to ensure you have a copy for your records.

  3. Click the settings wheel at the bottom right of the screen.

  4. Click Account Settings

  5. Click Delete my account

  6. Click Continue if all your balance are showing zero.

  7. Review the final confirmation screen.

  8. Click I understand, close my account

  9. Your Shakepay account is now closed and you have been logged out.
