If you have any reason to believe that someone has your card details or if there are unauthorized transactions on your card, it is recommended that you immediately lock your card.
Follow these steps to lock your card in the app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click the card tab at the bottom of your screen.
Toggle the button “Lock card”.
Locking your card will prevent any further transactions with your card while the card is locked.
Follow these steps to cancel your card if you see any unauthorized transactions:
Open the Shakepay app and sign in.
Click the card tab at the bottom of your screen.
Click the Settings wheel at the top right above your card.
Click Cancel card.
Click Cancel my card.
Your card has been cancelled and you can sign up for a new one. This will help ensure that you have brand new card details that only you have access to.
Please note, cancelling your Shakepay Card does not deactivate your Shakepay account.

A company keeps charging recurring payments on my Shakepay Card, how to stop these recurring transactions?
If a company you previously subscribed to is still charging your card after your cancelled your membership or subscription, you can cancel your card and issue a new one for the payments to stop.
Follow these steps to cancel your card to prevent a company from taking recurring charges on your card:
Open the Shakepay app and sign in.
Click the card tab at the bottom of your screen.
Click the Settings wheel at the top right above your card.
Click Cancel card.
Click Cancel my card.
A new card will be issued and the merchant should no longer be able to charge you transactions.
