The review of your proof of joint account should be completed by our team within 24 hours. If you wait longer than 24 hours, please contact our support team.
Note: Shakepay only allows e-Transfers from personal bank accounts that are under your own name. If you are funding your Shakepay account from a joint bank account you will need to provide documentation to have the account approved.
