If you want to see your past transactions, or file your taxes, you can download your transaction history or monthly statements.
View and download your trade confirmation in App
Follow these steps to view and download your trade confirmation in the app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click on the Bitcoin or Ethereum button to access your transactions.
Select a trade transaction and click on it.
Click on the PDF icon at the top right corner to view the confirmation.
Click the Download option at the top right if you want to download it.
Your trade confirmation will be downloaded on your phone!
View your transaction history in App
Follow these steps to download your transaction history in the app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click the Settings wheel at the bottom right.
Click Account Settings.
Click Request transaction history.
Click Send.
Your transaction summary will be on its way!
View or download your performance report in App
Follow these steps to view or download your performance report in the app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click the Settings wheel at the bottom right.
Click Account Settings.
Click Statements.
Click Reports.
Click Performance report and the year
Click the top right corner arrow to download or share it.
Please note the performance report requires being a customer for the whole year. Therefore it is only available to customers who signed up prior to the full calendar year the report is for. For example the 2025 report is only available to customers who signed up prior to Dec 31st 2024.
View or download your fees charged report in App
Follow these steps to view or download your fees charged report in the app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click the Settings wheel at the bottom right.
Click Account Settings.
Click Statements.
Click Reports.
Click Fees charged report and the year
Click the top right corner arrow to download or share it.
Please note the fees charged report requires being a customer for the whole year. Therefore it is only available to customers who signed up prior to the full calendar year the report is for. For example the 2025 report is only available to customers who signed up prior to Dec 31st 2024.

Follow these steps to view or download your monthly statements in the app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click the Settings wheel at the bottom right.
Click Account Settings.
Click Monthly Statements.
Choose the year by tapping on it.
Choose the month by tapping on it.
Click the top right corner arrow to download or share it.
Download your trade confirmation online
Follow these steps to download your trade confirmation on the website:
Open the Shakepay website and log in.
Go to the main Wallets page.
Search for the transaction and click on the PDF icon to download the trade confirmation
You'll then have a PDF copy of your trade confirmation download to your computer!
View your transaction history online
Follow these steps to download your transaction history on the website:
Open the Shakepay website and log in.
Go to the Settings page.
Click Request transaction history.
You'll then have your full transaction history in a CSV file download to your computer!
Troubleshoot and tips
Why does it download 2 files when I generate my transaction history?
We have split up the transaction history into 2 files to separate crypto transactions from CAD transactions for easily finding and grouping transaction types.
Why did I receive two statements from Shakepay?
Statements from Shakepay Inc. cover all your transactions and activity.
Statements from Shakepay Financial Inc. only cover card and bill payment transactions.
This is because some services are provided by Shakepay Financial Inc. (a FINTRAC registered money services business, #C100000260), and others by Shakepay Inc. (a CIRO member).
Does Shakepay offer tax slips to produce a tax report?
We currently do not offer tax slips for tax purposes but we do have the transaction summary of your transactions which can be used to file your taxes.
