If you need to cancel your Shakepay Visa* Prepaid Card for any reason:

Sign in to your Shakepay account and tap on the settings icon on the bottom right

1. Sign in to your Shakepay account and tap on the settings icon on the bottom right
2. Visit the card Settings page
3. Tap on Cancel Card

Please note that cancelling your Shakepay Card does not deactivate your Shakepay account. You will be able to opt back into the card program at any time and a new card will be provided to you.

If you require assistance or are unable to cancel your card, please reach out to customer support.
