Yes, refunds are possible with the Shakepay Card.

Card refunds are dependent on the merchant’s return policy and generally require proof of purchase. We recommend contacting the merchant for details on how to return a product or to determine whether or not you qualify for a refund.

If you are waiting for a refund to be credited to your account:

Before we can credit your account we need to wait for the merchant to confirm to us that your purchase was reverted. Once the merchant sends us confirmation, we will be able to process the refund.

Keep in mind that the timeframe to receive your refund is at the merchant’s discretion and Shakepay does not have control of when you will receive your funds. This can take up to 15 days. If you have waited longer than that, please contact the merchant for more information.

You also have the option of disputing a transaction, after you've attempted to contact the merchant for a refund.
