To close your Shakepay account:
1. Please make sure your account balances are all zero
2. Request transaction summary from the account settings page to ensure you have a copy for your records.
3. Navigate to account settings
4. Click "Delete my account"
5. Review your account balances, if empty, click "Continue"
6. Review the final confirmation screen, click "I understand, close my account"
7. Your Shakepay account is now closed and you have been logged out.
