If you have any reason to believe that someone has your card details or believe there have been unauthorized transactions it is recommended that you immediately lock your card.

To do this you can go to the card tab in the app and click the “Lock card” button.

Locking your card will prevent any further transactions with your card while the card is locked.

If you have any uncertainty about whether or not someone else has accessed your card details, we suggest that you cancel your card and opt in to receive a new one.  This will help ensure that you have brand new card details that only you have access to.
