To update the e-Transfer profile nickname to your full legal name to match your Shakepay account please:
Go to https://www.td.com/ca/en/personal-banking/my-accounts/ and log into EasyWeb
On the right hand side, click on “Profile & Settings"
Go to “Account Settings"
Enter your full name under “Change Display Name”
Once completed, you can send us a reminder on the e-Transfer and we'll have it deposited in no time.
