On January 5th, 2023 we assigned all customers a new Ethereum (ETH) wallet address. 

As of July 1st, 2023 Shakepay will only support transactions to this new address. ​

This means that, as of July 1st, 2023, ETH transactions sent to your old deposit address will result in permanent loss of funds.

If you have saved or whitelisted your old ETH address with any other wallet or platform, please make sure to delete it. ​

How to find my new Ethereum wallet address:

Scan the QR code or click the address for it to be copied

1. Click on Ethereum
2. Click "Deposit"
3. Scan the QR code or click the address for it to be copied

Note: Please make sure that you only send Ethereum to your Ethereum wallet address.
