To access and manage your notification preferences, follow these steps:

How to toggle on/off Shakepay app notifications:

  1. Ensure your Shakepay app is up to date and then log into your account

  2. Go to "Settings"

  3. Click on "Account Settings"

  4. Go to "Notification Preferences" and toggle on/off the options

How do I snooze notifications?

  1. Ensure your Shakepay app is up to date and then log into your account

  2. Go to "Settings"

  3. Click on "Account settings"

  4. Click on "Notification preferences"

  5. Toggle "Snooze notifications" at the top of the notification preferences list

  6. On the next screen, select the duration you wish to snooze notifications

  7. Once the snooze period ends, your previous notification settings will be automatically restored.

What happens if there is unauthorized activity while notifications are snoozed?

Shakepay will still send notifications for suspicious account activities, even if your notifications are snoozed or turned off. Your security is our top priority!
