How do I submit a security selfie?
After certain actions in the app, you will be prompted to submit a security selfie. Here's how to complete it:
Make sure you are in a well-lit area and have granted the app permission to use your camera. You can check your phone’s settings to enable camera access.
Do not log out of your session until your selfie is reviewed, or you will need to submit it again.
Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to complete the submission!
How long does it take to review a security selfie?
Most selfies are automatically reviewed and instantly approved or rejected.
If a selfie requires manual review, it may take up to 48 hours for the team to complete the process. Once a manually reviewed selfie is approved, future selfies will be reviewed automatically.
