From our app:
Sign in with your @shaketag (username) and password. From there, you can select Settings > Help > Support Chat to send us a message.
From our website:
Sign in with your @shaketag (username) and password. Then, tap on the blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen. This will open the support chat and you'll be able to send us a message from there.
If you can’t login:
Tap on the blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen in the Shakepay help centre. This will open the support chat and you'll be able to send us a message from there.
Remember, Shakepay does not offer customer support over the phone and Shakepay employees will never call you directly.
