We have added extra security measures, such as your smartphone's PIN Code/Fingerprint/Face ID in order to access your Shakepay account on the app, and email confirmations.
In addition, you can also reach out to our support team from our website (Tap on the blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen), so we can block your account until you have a new phone.
When you have a new phone or new number, we’ll be able to update your Shakepay account's phone number and reset your 2-Factor Authentication code.
