If you need help from our support team, please follow these steps to reach one of our agents in chat.
Here are the steps to contact the support team from the Shakepay app:
Open the Shakepay app and log in.
Click the Settings wheel at the bottom right.
Click Help.
Click Support Chat.
Click Send us a message.
Note: We will only be able to answer account specific questions if you are logged in.
Here are the steps to contact the support team from the Shakepay website:
Open the Shakepay website: https://shakepay.com/signin
Sign in with your shaketag (username) and password.
Click the blue bubble at the bottom right of the screen.
Click Send us a message.
If you can’t login, if your account is compromised or if you need general help, follow these steps to contact the Shakepay support team:
Scroll to the bottom of this page
Click the blue bubble at the bottom right.

Click Send us a message.
Remember, Shakepay does not offer customer support over the phone and we will never ask you to call us to speak about your account.
If our team needs to call you, we will provide you the number and conformation of the call in the support chat in app first.
